We help Case Workers THRIVE!

46% of caseworkers quit in the first 13 months of working while trying to help stabilize families or possibly removing children from their biological parents.

But, if a child sticks with one caseworker over the course of a year, they have a 74% chance of finding a permanent placement. That rate drops to 17% when two caseworkers are involved, and 5% with three or more.  We decrease the burn-out rate through encouraging them with prayer and treats once a month! If you want to help support Case Workers, let us know!

Don't try to care for bonus kiddos alone. Let us help!

Burnout, compassion fatigue, blocked care and quitting are very real outcomes we want to avoid at all costs. Because of this, we offer support in many ways. We offer clothing, shoes, diapers, wipes, car seats and cribs through our Blessing Boutique. We have monthly support groups and Parents' Night Out for foster, adoptive, and kinship families. We also offer connection through our Bible study, Mom Talk and Dad Chat (cookouts) .

Contact us to be added to the group of foster/adopt parents who receive our information!
